Policies
APPOINTMENT POLICY
Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment may result in the need to reschedule as it deprives you of valuable treatment time. If the treatment you scheduled can still be performed safely in the remaining time of your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your treatment.
REFUND POLICY
The Beauty Pact does not offer refunds on any services rendered as aesthetic treatment results are variable from patient to patient. While results cannot not be guaranteed, we pledge to do our best to set realistic expectations and deliver satisfactory results.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
By scheduling an appointment you agree to our cancellation, no-show, and late rescheduling policy. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure patients can receive their treatments in a timely manner. If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment a $50 fee will be charged to your card on file.
RETAIL
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product at the sole discretion of the Beauty Pact Provider.
Faqs
There is no charge associated with a consultation at the Beauty Pact. This appointment is instrumental in helping you find out what treatments we have to offer and whether they would be a good fit for you.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time or a no-show, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and a non-refundable $50 fee will be applied.
The Beauty Pact currently carries ZO Skin Health and SkinBetter Science. Our staff is happy to customize a skincare regimen to meet your needs.
The Beauty Pact is proud to offer both Allergan and Galderma injectables. The Allergan products currently offered at the Beauty Pact are Botox and select Juvederm fillers. The Galderma products available are Dysport, a full portfolio of Restylane fillers, and Sculptra. We also offer PRF (platelet rich fibrin) and EzGel PRF injectable treatments.
The Beauty Pact is a partner of both Alle and Aspire Rewards Program. If you are new to injectables, we will educate you on these programs at your initial appointment and explain how they may benefit your treatments within our practice.
The services offered at the Beauty Pact are elective aesthetic treatments and are not covered by insurance.
